- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
- 500 g Onion
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and black pepper powder.
- 3. Add lemon juice and vegetable oil to the marinade, mixing thoroughly to create a smooth paste.
- 4. Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade, ensuring each piece is evenly coated, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (392°F) while you soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
- 6. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving small gaps for even cooking.
