  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

  • 100g Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.
  2. 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and vegetable oil.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the marinade and let it rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, ensuring they are spaced evenly for uniform cooking.
