Ingredients

- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Pcs Droetker Tandoori Masala
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, salt, and mustard oil.
- 3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 4. While the chicken marinates, blend fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin powder, salt, and a splash of water to make a smooth mint dip.
- 5. Preheat a grill pan or tandoor on medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- 6. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to cook evenly on all sides.
- 7. Brush the skewers with mustard oil while grilling to enhance flavor and keep the chicken moist.
- 8. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2 minutes.
- 9. Serve the tandoori chicken skewers hot with the mint dip on the side.
