About this recipe

Juicy, spiced chicken pieces marinated in yogurt and tandoori spices, grilled to perfection and served with a refreshing mint dip.

Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breast
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Pcs Droetker Tandoori Masala
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside in a bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, salt, and mustard oil.
  3. 3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. While the chicken marinates, blend fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin powder, salt, and a splash of water to make a smooth mint dip.
  5. 5. Preheat a grill pan or tandoor on medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  6. 6. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to cook evenly on all sides.
  7. 7. Brush the skewers with mustard oil while grilling to enhance flavor and keep the chicken moist.
  8. 8. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2 minutes.
  9. 9. Serve the tandoori chicken skewers hot with the mint dip on the side.
