  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 pack (450 g) Amul Curd Pouch
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces suitable for skewering.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt to make a marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat while preparing the skewers.
