- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (450 g) Amul Curd Pouch
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces suitable for skewering.
- 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt to make a marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 4. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat while preparing the skewers.
- 5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving small gaps between each piece for even cooking.
