- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 100 g Milky Mist Skyr High Protein Plain Yogurt
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Everest Garam Masala Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs before cutting them into medium-sized pieces.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with the marinade and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. While the chicken marinates, rinse the basmati rice and cook it in boiling water until tender; drain and set aside.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken pieces on medium heat for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- 6. In a separate pan, sauté the frozen mixed vegetables with a pinch of salt until softened and flavorful.
- 7. Plate the cooked rice in bowls, layer with the sautéed vegetables, and place the tandoori chicken on top.
- 8. Garnish the bowl with freshly chopped coriander leaves for added flavor and aroma.
