- 100 g Baking Powder

- 500 g Sugar
- - Chicken Breast
- 100 g Quinoa
- 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 30G Tong Garden Paprika Pumpkin Hot (30g)
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 250 g Cucumber
- - Baby Tomatoes
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breast, then score the surface for better marination.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt.
- 3. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Rinse the quinoa under cold water, then cook in boiling water for 15 minutes until fluffy.
- 5. Preheat a grill or skillet and brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Grill the marinated chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, ensuring it is cooked through and slightly charred.
- 7. Dice cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes, then toss them lightly with salt and lemon juice.
- 8. Assemble the bowl by placing cooked quinoa at the base, followed by grilled chicken slices.
- 9. Top the bowl with fresh cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of chopped coriander leaves.
