  • - Chicken Breast
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 30G Tong Garden Paprika Pumpkin Hot (30g)
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breast, then score the surface for better marination.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Rinse the quinoa under cold water, then cook in boiling water for 15 minutes until fluffy.
  5. 5. Preheat a grill or skillet and brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Grill the marinated chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, ensuring it is cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. 7. Dice cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes, then toss them lightly with salt and lemon juice.
