Juicy chicken chunks marinated in flavorful tandoori spices, grilled to perfection and served with a refreshing mint chutney.
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- - Chicken Breast
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and set aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and ensure they're well coated; marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
- 5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
- 6. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 7. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
- 8. Meanwhile, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
- 9. Serve the hot tandoori chicken kebabs with the refreshing mint chutney on the side.
- 10. Garnish with extra coriander leaves if desired and enjoy the flavorful snack.
