Tandoori Chicken Kebab Skewers recipe

About this recipe

Juicy chicken chunks marinated in flavorful tandoori spices, grilled to perfection and served with a refreshing mint chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
  • - Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and ensure they're well coated; marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
  5. 5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
  6. 6. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
  7. 7. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
  8. 8. Meanwhile, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
  9. 9. Serve the hot tandoori chicken kebabs with the refreshing mint chutney on the side.
  10. 10. Garnish with extra coriander leaves if desired and enjoy the flavorful snack.
