Ingredients

  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix plant-based yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Cook rice in boiling water with a pinch of salt until tender, then drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Heat cooking oil in a pan on medium heat and add the marinated chicken pieces.
