- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 kg Rice
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix plant-based yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Cook rice in boiling water with a pinch of salt until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 5. Heat cooking oil in a pan on medium heat and add the marinated chicken pieces.
- 6. Cook the chicken, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
- 7. Garnish the chicken bites with fresh coriander leaves for added flavor.
