- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 400 g Curd
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100G Sur Black Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining hung curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat a grill pan or tawa on medium heat and brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
- 5. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 6. To prepare the mint chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, black salt, and water until smooth.
- 7. Adjust seasoning in the chutney as needed and transfer it to a serving bowl.
- 8. Serve the hot tandoori chicken bites alongside the chilled mint chutney for dipping.
