  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 400 g Curd
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100G Sur Black Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining hung curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a grill pan or tawa on medium heat and brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. 5. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. 6. To prepare the mint chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, black salt, and water until smooth.
  7. 7. Adjust seasoning in the chutney as needed and transfer it to a serving bowl.
