  • - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, turmeric powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a pan on medium flame, add cooking oil, and sear the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  5. 5. Rinse the rice under cold water and soak it for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
  6. 6. In a pot, heat oil and toast the cumin seeds until aromatic. Add the soaked rice and mix well.
