Ingredients
- 250 g Spring Onion
- 500 g Organically Grown Sweet Potato
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Raisins 500 G
- 50 g Snapin Nutmeg Powder
- 1 kg Satyam Sugar
- 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel and grate 2 lb of sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Grate 1/2 tsp of nutmeg into the bowl with the sweet potatoes.
- 3. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 cup of raisins, and mix well.
- 4. Gradually add 1 cup of flour to the mixture, stirring until it forms a cohesive but not overly soft dough. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 5. Cut the dough into portions using a spoon and wrap each portion in foil, sealing tightly.
- 6. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then carefully drop the wrapped portions into the pot. Boil for 45 minutes.
- 7. While the sweet potato mixture is boiling, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, sauté 1 diced onion and 2 chopped scallions until fragrant. Cook for 5 minutes, seasoning with 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- 8. Serve the boiled sweet potato portions alongside the sautéed onion and scallion mixture for a complete meal.
