  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
  • 200 ml Pantai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger, then slice the spring onions into thin rounds.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. 5. Pour the sweet chili sauce over the prawns, stirring gently to coat them evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
