Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2 Medium Green Capsicum (Dappa Menasinakaayi)
- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Pineapple Juice
- 125 g Red Bell Pepper
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
- 750 g Dabur 100 % Pure Honey (Refill Pouch)
- 700Ml Hillers Vinegar
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion and 1/2 diced green pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon of dry ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of mirchi powder (Bedagi). Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add 1 cup of diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup of tomato paste, and 1/2 cup of pineapple juice to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- 4. Stir in 1 cup of crushed pineapple, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- 5. Serve the sweet and tangy pineapple stir-fry hot over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
