Ingredients

  • 400 g Pork Passion Curry Cut Pork With Skin (Boneless)
  • 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Pineapple Juice
  • 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
  • 200 g Pineapple Chunks
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
  • 100 g The Select Aisle Double Acting Baking Powder
  • 670Ml Winn Vinegar
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
  • 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 1L & Mustard Oil 1L Pet

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2/3 cup water, 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons baking powder to create a smooth batter.
  2. 2. Cut 1 lb of pork into bite-sized pieces, dip each piece into the batter, and fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, mix 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup cornstarch. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
  4. 4. Add 2/3 cup diced pineapple, 1 diced green pepper, and 1/2 cup chopped onion to the sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Toss the fried pork pieces in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
