- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Pineapple Juice
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 200 g Pineapple Chunks
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 100 g The Select Aisle Double Acting Baking Powder
- 670Ml Winn Vinegar
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 1L & Mustard Oil 1L Pet
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2/3 cup water, 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons baking powder to create a smooth batter.
- 2. Cut 1 lb of pork into bite-sized pieces, dip each piece into the batter, and fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In a saucepan, mix 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup cornstarch. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- 4. Add 2/3 cup diced pineapple, 1 diced green pepper, and 1/2 cup chopped onion to the sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 5. Toss the fried pork pieces in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
