Ingredients

  • 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Ketchup Glass
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 50 g Basil
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
  • 4 x 60 ml Tabasco Chilli Sauce Gift Box
  • 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
  • 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine 2 eggs, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 cup oats flour, and 2 tbsp finely chopped onion. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  4. 4. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp finely chopped onion. Cook while stirring until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
  5. 5. Pour the sauce evenly over the balls, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. 6. Bake the balls in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until they are fully cooked.
  7. 7. Serve the balls hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
