  • loose Ginger
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • - EVEREST DRY GINGER POWDER 50GM
  • - Rock Salt
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold running water and pat them dry with a clean towel.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix tamarind pulp, honey, soy sauce, ginger powder, and rock salt to create a marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, rinse the rice thoroughly and set it aside to soak for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Grate the fresh turmeric and set it aside for later use in the rice preparation.
  6. 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a deep pan, then add the grated turmeric and stir for 1 minute.
