- 50 ml Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 200 g Cream
- - Pecan Nuts
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 1 kg Brown Sugar
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- 20 g Cinnamon

- 100 g Garlic
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Quinoa
- 250 g Cucumber
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 100 g Mint Sauf
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Mix sumac, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
- 2. Rub the marinade evenly onto the lamb chops and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 3. Rinse quinoa thoroughly, then cook it in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes until fluffy.
- 4. Dice cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes; chop parsley and mint finely.
- 5. Combine cooked quinoa, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, parsley, and mint in a large bowl.
- 6. Drizzle lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt over the quinoa salad. Mix well.
- 7. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 8. Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes after cooking to retain juices.
- 9. Serve the lamb chops alongside the herbed quinoa salad, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
