Ingredients

  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • - Rock Salt
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
  • 100 g Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and clean the prawns thoroughly, ensuring they are deveined and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and Grand Masala Garam Masala to create the tandoori marinade.
  3. 3. Add the prawns to the marinade, coat them evenly, and let them sit for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. 4. Rinse the basmati rice under running water until the water runs clear, then soak the rice for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan. Add the soaked rice along with 300 ml water and cook until the rice is tender and fluffy.
