- 250 g Carrot
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Red Chilli
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat and fry tofu cubes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- 4. Add minced garlic to the same wok and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 5. Toss in broccoli, carrot slices, and bell pepper strips, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 6. Return the tofu to the wok and pour the prepared sauce over the mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- 7. Sprinkle red chili flakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 8. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
