Ingredients

  • 250 g Carrot
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • - Red Chilli

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat and fry tofu cubes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic to the same wok and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Toss in broccoli, carrot slices, and bell pepper strips, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. 6. Return the tofu to the wok and pour the prepared sauce over the mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
  7. 7. Sprinkle red chili flakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
