- 2. Cook 10 oz of fresh spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Roll out 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry into a rectangle approximately 15 x 8 inches on a lightly floured surface.
- 4. Skip the cheese layer and proceed to the next step.
- 5. Spread the cooked spinach evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- 6. Carefully bring the long sides of the pastry together over the filling and pinch to seal all edges tightly.
