Ingredients
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
- 16 g Orika Oregano
Instructions
- 1. In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine 1 can of homemade tomato puree, 1/2 cup of diced sambar onion, 1/2 cup of kinwaaquinoa, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
- 2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 3. Add 7 cups of chopped spinach to the slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted.
