Ingredients
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 500 g Pastazara Lasagne Gialle
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
- 1 pack (500 g) Milky Mist Shredded Mozzarella Pizza Cheese
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cook the lasagne noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on foil to cool.
- 2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 3/4 cup of tomato paste and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set the sauce aside.
- 5. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 3/4 cups of ricotta cheese, 1 1/4 cups of chopped spinach, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika. Mix until well blended.
- 6. Spread a thin layer of the ricotta-spinach mixture onto each lasagne noodle, then roll them up tightly.
- 7. Spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the dish. Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the roll-ups.
- 8. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- 9. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
