Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 200 g Pineapple Chunks
- 200 g Fortune Soya Chunks
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
- 1 Combo True Elements Raw Chia Seeds & Basil Seeds Raw
- 990 g Kellogg'S Oats
- 5 kg Organic Tattva Whole Wheat Flour Chakki Atta
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- 2. In a frying pan, cook 2 lbs of soya chunks over medium heat until fully browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked soya chunks, 2 cups of cooked quinoa, 4 tablespoons of chia seeds mixed with 12 tablespoons of water, 4 cups of chopped spinach, 1 cup of chopped parsley, 1 cup of diced pineapple, 1/4 cup of oats, and 2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
- 4. Take a large handful of the mixture and form it into a dome shape. Place it on the prepared cookie sheet and gently flatten it slightly. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the domes are firm and lightly golden on top.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your hearty and nutritious bake!
