Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
- 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
- 100 g Kale Leaf
- 100 g Nutoras Cheese Feta With Olive Oil (Block)
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Black Pepper Whole
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine 4 oz of crumbled feta cheese, 2/3 cup of ricotta cheese, and 1 minced clove of garlic. Season with Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix until evenly combined.
- 2. Spray a large wok or non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Add 5 oz of kale and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Once cool enough to handle, squeeze out any excess moisture.
- 3. In a medium bowl, combine the wilted kale with the cheese mixture from Step 1. Mix until evenly combined.
- 4. On a clean surface, lay out sheets of parchment paper to form a rough rectangle. Use the kale and cheese mixture to create a flat, cohesive layer, pressing it gently to hold its shape.
- 5. Roll the kale and cheese mixture tightly into a log shape using the parchment paper to help guide the roll. Ensure the roll is compact and even.
- 6. Place the roll seam-side down on a cutting board and slice into 6 pieces. Serve immediately.
