Ingredients
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 720 Ml Freshows Jalapeno Sliced
- 1 pack (100 g) Catch Red Kuti Mirch
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 200 g Sugar Free Green 100% Natural Made From Stevia
- 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Litre Casa Rinaldi Red Vinegar
- 900 g - 1 kg Onion
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice the tomatoes, onion, and green pepper into small pieces. Mince the garlic and jalapeno.
- 2. In a large saucepan, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, green pepper, minced garlic, minced jalapeno, chili powder, salt, and red vinegar.
- 3. Heat the mixture over medium-high heat until it begins to boil, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a thick consistency.
- 5. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the sauce to cool slightly. Stir in the stevia powder as a sweetener substitute.
- 6. Serve the sauce warm or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later use.
