Ingredients

  • 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 720 Ml Freshows Jalapeno Sliced
  • 1 pack (100 g) Catch Red Kuti Mirch
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 200 g Sugar Free Green 100% Natural Made From Stevia
  • 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Litre Casa Rinaldi Red Vinegar
  • 900 g - 1 kg Onion
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Dice the tomatoes, onion, and green pepper into small pieces. Mince the garlic and jalapeno.
  2. 2. In a large saucepan, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, green pepper, minced garlic, minced jalapeno, chili powder, salt, and red vinegar.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture over medium-high heat until it begins to boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a thick consistency.
  5. 5. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the sauce to cool slightly. Stir in the stevia powder as a sweetener substitute.
  6. 6. Serve the sauce warm or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later use.
