Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - EVEREST DRY GINGER POWDER 50GM
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- - Onion-250 Gms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - White Pepper
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
- 3. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
- 4. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and green chili for the stir-fry.
- 5. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, and sauté the onion, garlic, and chili until fragrant.
- 6. Add the Frozen Mixed Vegetables to the pan and stir well to coat them with the sautéed mixture.
- 7. Sprinkle in ginger powder, Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, white pepper, and salt, and mix thoroughly.
- 8. Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine the flavors evenly throughout the vegetables.
- 9. Add the tofu back to the pan and gently toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- 10. Check seasoning and adjust salt or spice levels as necessary.
- 11. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander before serving warm.
