Ingredients

  • - Fresh Tofu
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - EVEREST DRY GINGER POWDER 50GM
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - White Pepper
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
  3. 3. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and green chili for the stir-fry.
  5. 5. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, and sauté the onion, garlic, and chili until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the Frozen Mixed Vegetables to the pan and stir well to coat them with the sautéed mixture.
  7. 7. Sprinkle in ginger powder, Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, white pepper, and salt, and mix thoroughly.
  8. 8. Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine the flavors evenly throughout the vegetables.
