Ingredients
- 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
- 1 Kg Spinach/Palak (Approx 1 Kg)
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into thin strips and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Heat 5 ml of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the tofu strips until lightly golden and firm, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Wash and roughly chop the spinach leaves, then add them to the pan and cook until wilted, around 3 minutes.
- 4. Season the tofu and spinach mixture with turmeric, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt, stirring to coat evenly.
- 5. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour with water to create a smooth batter.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan with a light oil coating and pour a ladleful of batter to form a thin wrap, cooking 1-2 minutes per side.
- 7. Place the tofu and spinach filling in the center of each cooked wrap and fold tightly into a roll.
- 8. Lightly toast the assembled wraps in a dry pan for 2 minutes to seal the edges and enhance flavor.
