- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- - Onion-250 Gms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies for the base flavor.
- 3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
- 4. Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 5. Stir in the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies, cooking until fragrant and golden.
- 6. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, stirring to combine with the aromatics.
- 7. Toss the tofu cubes into the skillet, ensuring they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- 8. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir well to combine.
- 9. Sprinkle salt over the mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
