- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
- 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Cook the basmati rice with 400 ml water in a pot until fluffy and set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds; let them splutter for a few seconds.
- 4. Add curry leaves, chopped onions, and green chilies, and sauté until the onions are golden brown.
- 5. Add minced garlic and ginger, followed by chopped tomatoes, and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- 6. Mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala into the pan and stir well.
- 7. Add the chicken thighs to the pan and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- 8. Cook the chicken on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- 9. Adjust salt and spice levels if needed, and garnish the chicken fry with fresh coriander leaves.
