  • 500 g Cambay Tiger Rohu Fish Without Head
  • 1 Kg Frozen Pink Guava Pulp
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then marinate with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds until they splutter, followed by curry leaves.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant for about 2 minutes.
