Ingredients

  • Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Grind soy chunks into a coarse paste using a blender.
  3. 3. Mix the soy paste with gram flour, chopped onions, green chilies, turmeric, and salt to form a dough.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into small kofta balls and shallow-fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.
  6. 6. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  7. 7. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
  8. 8. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, cooking until the tomatoes break down into a sauce.
  9. 9. Pour water into the pan and bring the curry to a simmer.
  10. 10. Gently add the fried kofta balls to the curry and simmer for 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the curry.
  12. 12. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
  13. 13. Serve hot, garnished with more fresh coriander leaves.
