Ingredients
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 500 g Onion
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Soak soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Grind soy chunks into a coarse paste using a blender.
- 3. Mix the soy paste with gram flour, chopped onions, green chilies, turmeric, and salt to form a dough.
- 4. Shape the dough into small kofta balls and shallow-fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.
- 6. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- 7. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- 8. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, cooking until the tomatoes break down into a sauce.
- 9. Pour water into the pan and bring the curry to a simmer.
- 10. Gently add the fried kofta balls to the curry and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 11. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the curry.
- 12. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
- 13. Serve hot, garnished with more fresh coriander leaves.
