- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- loose Ginger
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 30G Chili Flakes
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly clean and devein the shrimp, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Peel and grate the ginger and garlic, finely chop the onion and green chilies, and set aside.
- 3. In a bowl, mix rice flour, turmeric powder, chili flakes, coriander powder, and salt together.
- 4. Coat the shrimp evenly with the spice mixture, ensuring it sticks to all sides.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering but not smoking.
- 6. Add the chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- 7. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and slightly crispy.
- 8. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, stirring gently to combine the flavors.
- 9. Garnish the shrimp with freshly chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat.
