Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk

- 1. Rinse and devein the prawns, then pat them dry with kitchen towels.
- 2. Mix turmeric, garlic powder, ginger powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt to create a spice blend.
- 3. Rub the spice blend onto the prawns and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- 4. Wash the rice thoroughly under running water and set it aside.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- 6. Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 7. In a separate pot, bring coconut milk and 200ml water to a gentle boil.
