Ingredients

  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk

  1. 1. Rinse and devein the prawns, then pat them dry with kitchen towels.
  2. 2. Mix turmeric, garlic powder, ginger powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt to create a spice blend.
  3. 3. Rub the spice blend onto the prawns and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the rice thoroughly under running water and set it aside.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  6. 6. Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
