Ingredients
- 200 g Itc Master Chef Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Frozen)
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Everest Garam Masala Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 2. Heat 10 ml of oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until fragrant.
- 3. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and tomatoes, and cook until softened.
- 4. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt, and mix well.
- 5. Add the prawns to the pan, cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and absorb the spices.
- 6. Remove the prawns from heat and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top.
- 7. In a mixing bowl, whisk chickpea flour, water, salt, and a pinch of turmeric into a smooth batter.
- 8. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.
- 9. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin pancake.
- 10. Cook the pancake on both sides until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
