Ingredients

  • 200 g Itc Master Chef Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Frozen)
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Everest Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Heat 10 ml of oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and tomatoes, and cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt, and mix well.
  5. 5. Add the prawns to the pan, cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and absorb the spices.
  6. 6. Remove the prawns from heat and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top.
  7. 7. In a mixing bowl, whisk chickpea flour, water, salt, and a pinch of turmeric into a smooth batter.
