Ingredients
- 500G Loose Besan
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- - Coriander Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
- 2. Add finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook until golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the mutton mince and cook on medium heat until fully browned and cooked through.
- 4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and stir to combine. Set the mixture aside to cool.
- 6. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, and a pinch of salt to make a smooth dough.
- 7. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
- 8. Place a spoonful of the mutton mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- 9. Fold the circle into a pocket shape and seal the edges by pressing firmly.
- 10. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosa pockets until golden and crispy.
- 11. Remove the samosa pockets from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 12. Serve hot with mint chutney or tamarind dip for extra flavor.
