Ingredients

  • 500G Loose Besan
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook until golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in the mutton mince and cook on medium heat until fully browned and cooked through.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and stir to combine. Set the mixture aside to cool.
  6. 6. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, and a pinch of salt to make a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  8. 8. Place a spoonful of the mutton mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  9. 9. Fold the circle into a pocket shape and seal the edges by pressing firmly.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosa pockets until golden and crispy.
  11. 11. Remove the samosa pockets from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  12. 12. Serve hot with mint chutney or tamarind dip for extra flavor.
