Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mutton liver thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
- 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan until it starts to smoke, then reduce the flame.
- 4. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, followed by chopped garlic and ginger.
- 5. Sauté the garlic and ginger until golden, then add the chopped onions.
- 6. Cook the onions until translucent, then stir in the tomatoes and green chilies.
- 7. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
- 8. Add the mutton liver pieces and mix well to coat them with the masala.
- 9. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 10. Pour in water and simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the liver is tender.
- 11. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well before turning off the heat.
- 12. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
