- 200 g Nandus Mutton Mince
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 3. Add minced mutton to the pan and cook until it turns brown, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Add finely chopped tomatoes, green chili, ginger powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt to the mutton and mix well.
- 5. Cook the mixture on medium heat for 10 minutes until the spices blend and the mutton is well coated.
- 6. In a separate pot, boil the soaked rice with 400 ml water and a pinch of salt until fully cooked.
- 7. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and layer it into serving bowls.
- 8. Spoon the spicy mutton keema mixture over the rice.
