Ingredients
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- - Coconut Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
Instructions
- 1. Wash and slice the mushrooms and bell peppers into thin strips.
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened and slightly browned.
- 4. Stir in the bell peppers, cooking for another 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- 5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan.
- 6. Pour in the tomato puree and mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
- 7. Add 50 ml of water to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 8. Turn off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
