  • 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

  1. 1. Rinse and soak the yellow moong dal in water for 2 hours, then drain completely.
  2. 2. Blend the soaked lentils with water to form a smooth paste. Ensure it is lump-free.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lentil paste, rice flour, turmeric, ginger powder, chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
  4. 4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a dough-like consistency forms. Adjust with a little water if too dry.
