- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 270 g Adf Soul Mint Chutney In Olive Oil
- - Blep Lamb Broth For Cats & Dogs

- 1. Combine ground lamb with rice flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Finely chop coriander leaves and green chilies, then add them to the lamb mixture and mix well.
- 3. Form the lamb mixture into small, flat patties using your hands and set them aside.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and carefully place the lamb patties in the pan.
- 5. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6. While the patties cook, blend mint leaves, lemon juice, Catch Chatpata Chaat Masala, black salt crystals, and a pinch of regular salt into a smooth chutney using a blender.
- 7. Remove the lamb patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
