- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 4. While the chicken marinates, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, onions, lemon juice, salt, and water into a smooth chutney.
- 5. Preheat a grill pan or tawa and brush it with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving small gaps between them for even cooking.
- 7. Place the skewers on the grill pan and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally for a golden and charred texture.
