- 100 g Garlic
- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Mix rice flour with a pinch of salt and coat the fillets evenly on all sides.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.
- 4. Remove the fish and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 5. Cook the rice in a pot with 2 cups of water until tender and fluffy, then set aside.
- 6. In the skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped green chillies until aromatic.
- 7. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until they are slightly softened.
- 8. Pour soy sauce and sprinkle Assorted Chilli Pepper Sb Shichimi Tougarashi into the skillet, stirring to combine with the vegetables.
- 9. Return the fish fillets to the skillet and gently coat them with the sauce and vegetables.
- 10. Allow everything to simmer together for 2–3 minutes on low heat.
- 11. Serve the stir-fried fish and vegetables over the cooked rice on plates.
