  • 100 g Garlic
  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Mix rice flour with a pinch of salt and coat the fillets evenly on all sides.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.
  4. 4. Remove the fish and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  5. 5. Cook the rice in a pot with 2 cups of water until tender and fluffy, then set aside.
  6. 6. In the skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped green chillies until aromatic.
  7. 7. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until they are slightly softened.
