Ingredients
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean cloth.
- 2. Prepare a marinade using yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Chop onions, green chilies, and mint leaves finely for the rice preparation.
- 5. Cook the basmati rice in boiling water with a pinch of salt until fully done. Drain and set aside.
- 6. Heat oil in a skillet and grill the marinated fish fillets until golden and cooked through, flipping carefully.
- 7. In another pan, sauté onions and green chilies until lightly browned.
- 8. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir in the chopped mint leaves for a fragrant finish.
- 9. Adjust seasoning in the mint rice and garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.
- 10. Serve the grilled fish tikka alongside the mint-infused rice for a delightful dinner.
