Ingredients
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and all the spices to form a smooth marinade.
- 3. Add the fish cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning during grilling.
- 5. Thread the marinated fish cubes onto the skewers, leaving small gaps between each piece.
- 6. Heat a grill pan and brush it lightly with mustard oil to prevent sticking.
- 7. Place the skewers on the pan and cook on medium heat, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- 8. Grill the fish for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.
- 9. Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 10. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice and a side of mint chutney for added flavor.
