  • 1 pack (6 pcs) Fresh White Eggs
  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • - Cumin Seed
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the eggs until fully cooked, peel and set aside.
  2. 2. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle.
  4. 4. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  5. 5. Mix in ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for a minute.
  6. 6. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
