- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 50 g Cloves
- 500 g Onion
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 200Ml Rani Apple Drink (200ml)
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- - White Pepper
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until fully combined.
- 2. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- 3. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves, then sauté them in the skillet until fragrant.
- 4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 5. Grate the fresh turmeric and mix it with ginger powder, Buknu spice blend, and white pepper.
- 6. Sprinkle the spice mix onto the vegetables and stir well to coat evenly.
