- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kabuli Chana (Big Size)
- 200 g Spinach (Palak)
- 500g Sur Bajra Flour
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 500 g Onion
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- loose Ginger
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Rinse millet thoroughly under running water and set it aside to drain.
- 2. Heat 200 ml of water in a pot, add the millet, and cook until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a large skillet, add cumin seeds, and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili to the skillet, sautéing until golden and aromatic.
- 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.
- 6. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well to combine.
- 7. Toss in the cooked chickpeas and stir for 2 minutes to coat them with the spices.
