  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kabuli Chana (Big Size)
  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • 500g Sur Bajra Flour
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse millet thoroughly under running water and set it aside to drain.
  2. 2. Heat 200 ml of water in a pot, add the millet, and cook until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a large skillet, add cumin seeds, and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili to the skillet, sautéing until golden and aromatic.
  5. 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.
