- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and all the dry spices to make a marinade.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Meanwhile, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, and coconut milk into a smooth paste.
- 5. Preheat a grill pan or oven to medium-high heat and lightly grease the surface with oil.
- 6. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, ensuring they're evenly spaced for cooking.
