Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and all the dry spices to make a marinade.
  3. 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, and coconut milk into a smooth paste.
  5. 5. Preheat a grill pan or oven to medium-high heat and lightly grease the surface with oil.
