- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- - Cheese Slices
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice in water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to prepare the marinade.
- 3. Add chicken thigh pieces to the marinade, coat well, and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
- 4. Cook the soaked rice in 300 ml of water until fully cooked, then fluff with a fork and keep warm.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken pieces until golden and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.
- 6. In the same pan, sauté sliced capsicum and onion until tender but still slightly crisp.
- 7. Assemble the bowl by placing a base of cooked rice, then topping with chicken tikka and sautéed vegetables.
