  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Breast Boneless
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • Pcs Egg Loose
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 5 ltr Guinea Filtered Groundnut Oil For Frying & Sauteing

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop the onion finely and set aside for later use.
  2. 2. Boil the chicken breast in water until cooked, then shred it into fine pieces.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ginger-garlic paste, onions, and all the spices including red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and coriander powder.
  4. 4. Add rice flour to the mixture and knead until it forms a cohesive dough-like consistency.
  5. 5. Beat the egg in a separate bowl and set it aside for coating.
  6. 6. Shape the chicken mixture into small croquette-sized cylinders or balls.
  7. 7. Dip each croquette into the beaten egg and coat evenly.
  8. 8. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  9. 9. Fry the croquettes in batches until golden brown and crispy, ensuring they cook evenly.
